Oh I feel for you brother.  I went from 190 to 130 from Ulcerative Colitis.  Been at 170 since recovering but just bumped up to 173 and eating like a horse.

Curucmin is anticancer anti-everything.  Its available concentrated or naturally in turmeric.  Everybody on the UC board is cut in half one guy was 240 down to 120.  Get your medical mg license and PIGOUT because they probably wont give you HGH due to cancer history.  However you can do this to boost HGH:

zip-zero-zilch alcohol especially before bed
3-5 grams powdered GABA before bed
exercize 10 minutes beyond lactic barrier

all these things jack up your own HGH

REGENERATION!!

What role does HGH play in the body?
HGH is responsible for everything, which goes on in our body. This is why, HGH is often called the "fountain of youth". Human Growth Hormone (HGH) plays a significant role in:

Conversion of body fat to muscle mass
Growth of all tissues
Energy level
Tissue repair
Whole body healing
Cell replacement
Bone strength
Brain function
Sexual function
Organ health and integrity
Enzyme production
Integrity of hair, nails, skin and vital organs
High HGH levels are what makes you feel young again.

Does our body always produce HGH?
Our body must always produce HGH or we would not be able to function. However, as we age, our body produces less and less HGH. By age 60 we will probably have lost 75% of the HGH that our body produced.

At 20 years old we produce an average 500 micrograms/day of HGH.
At 40 years old we produce an average 200 micrograms/day of HGH .
At 80 years old we produce an average 25 micrograms/day of HGH.

Hey everyone:
Here's  the latest update.
As of Monday the 9th, I will get my last radiation treatment.
As of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I get my last chemo treatments.

If everything they have done so far has been successfull, I should be feeling better again in about another 6 weeks, once the effects of the chemo go away.

The only other thing that concerns me right now, is that the radiation has killed my taste buds to the point that I cannot taste much of anything. It is making it very hard to maintain my weight, since it is not enjoyable to eat anymore, and I have to force myself to do it.

I was just asking about you on your server today.  Cant wait to have you back in the game, sounds like everything is going well.  Is the taste thing permanent ? Sounds like they wiped out your smell as that is where most taste is sensed besides sweet/sour/bitter/tart ?

I cannot gain weight either and am experimenting calorie add ons for people like us.  Dont try the MCT Oil though, I had to throw that out but wow did it make a nice rich protein shake.

All the power of love and prayer to you mr. spyder. You've been the most consistently cool person that I've encountered in my journeys through the Q3 arenas over the years and that's saying a lot, because there are obviously many great people who have played this game in our time. I'm looking forward to seeing you again so we can have some more epic battles this winter on all of the classic levels that we love... your friend, herb ;)

Spyder, Skraggy, Bladerunner, DeadOne,
I do hope you guys are doing well now. I've been checking out the posts here about once a month or so but
just havent felt like responding. Been kind of down in the dumps these last few months and just didnt really have
much to say. My business is down big time because of the economy and its just hard to keep a positive attitude lately.
I do talk to DeadOne on occasion when i'm on QuakeLive and that cheers me up.
But hey, my health appears to be in check compared to the scary shit I went through the beginning of last year so I have
that to keep in mind. It was relatively minor compared to what you guys are going through so I do keep you in my prayers and wish
the best for all of you.
I do hope this new year is better for all of us. Theres a really good group of people on here and I will try and keep in touch.
Just thinking that I believe some of us have been around the Chaos related sites for about what 12 years now? Amazing.
Thank you Jay and Peace to all.
Sumo...
