heh, I'm going with Liddell on this one. I wasnt impressed with Jacksons first fight in the UFC...and Liddell is THE MAN anyway :)

Chuck is getting up there in age though eh?? 37??!?! WoW!

Oh, and the site KICKS ASS! As usual...checking out the rest of the card now. Nice work man.

How is UFC turning in to a SHOW? I'm curious because I dont watch K1 or Pride all that much. I do a little, and dont find it nearly as entertaining...and I dont mean in a jerry springer way. :)

The one thing I didnt like hearing about UFC though, was some new partnership with HBO. I dont know the details, but I do know I will not order HBO just to watch UFC fights. Sorry UFC.

All the little reality shows like the ufc version of MTV real life.. or bravo top chef. Bunch of young lads in a house trying to win a contract to fight in the octagon etc. and get salty on each other.

I see it as different version of the "wrestling" stuff.
I see no entertainment in WWF and all that crap. It could be just my perspective as well bro. That guy that comes out after the game.. I don't even know his name... that said "hey dude you got a booger comin out of yer nose" reminds me of the Mc Donalds clown.

I don't even like the idea of an octagon. Give'em a fckn ring. Keep the fight going instead of trying to corner and shit. And lets see some real kicking and punching.

K1 looks more traditional with explosive mua thai and karate. Pride on the other hand turns into a total bloodbath. And, the fighters seem to present more stamina and hitting power.

That's what I like.
Honestly, I don't even rally for anyone. There are a few athletes that cater to my vision. Some in UFC, some in K1 and Pride.
About Liddel and Jackson:
Chuck Liddel got pretty much owned in Pride against Jackson. I watched the whole match. Jackson moved faster, kicked harder, stood his ground and fought smarter. It's on youtube go watch it. Unless Liddel improved his speed and movement, he will be grounded and pounded. Jackson circles around his opponent and can take A LOT of hits without a glitch. Liddel fought straight and every time he was punched the look on his face was like... WTF!?

You know what... they all come and go... there's no fckng king. Hehhe

Hm, well....it's funny. I find Pride and K1 fairly tame compared to UFC. I find the ring more of a boxing match, and the octagon more of a pit fighters home.

The UFC reality show is getting kind of lame, but the first 2 seasons were really good. Some good fighters came out of those seasons and they have proved thier worth since joining the UFC.

There have been a lot of upsets as of late in the UFC title fights, which I think is good for the sport. It's going to be fun watching the previous title holders fighting their way back up, and the new guys trying to hold their belts.

What I like most about UFC is that every fighter has to learn many differnt fighting styles, or they will not last long in the sport. You can not be really good at one thing, and not have any skills in other areas. Sure, a select few make it for awhile, but if you cant get good at the ground game, you are dead. If you have no stand up and fight someone who is a great striker and can defend the take down...you're dead. It can make some fights boring...but others become real exciting when people have to change their gameplan half way through a fight.

I have not see the full Jackson vs Liddel fight, but from what I have seen of Jackson in the UFC, I'm not sure he has what it takes to take Liddell down a second time. We'll see though...I know I'll be watching! :)

the cage is more suited for an actual fight...some guy talks sh*t in the bar, there are walls ect. i have never been in a street fight with ropes stoping me but i have been around walls.

I was into this shit before you could talk to people about it.

Finally its mainstream so the boys get paid good.

Boss keeps xfer'ing me the fights but no time to watch.

Need to catch this one, like interview with Liddel, he will fight you in his own backyard for free....raised by gramps who was mortition, he seen it all, they should call him the UNDERTAKER.

Sitting here with southern exposure sunshine out all my walkout windows, deck starting this weekend, real simple real fast this time - out over back.

We sold Hawaii!!!! 110 million for Aston resorts and now the rest of it and they are going to pay me A FULL FUCKING YEAR salary if I stay 12 mos to help them make the transition. Why not? fucking website brings in 1 million a week.

Maybe I get back into gaming too....I got the time now baby.
