Man.. maybe I don't even have enough time to finish this post.
Problem: Pc shuts down.. like bam! no alarm no warning nothing. Like you plug the plug off. Then I play with the on of button at the power supply. The one that has I and O I hear a click. Then when I push the on off button on the case sometimes the pc turns back on. But weird thing at times the pc starts when the power supply button is at O. Last night I ran a lot of games etc. it didn't do it. So, I don't think it's a heat related thing. I need some help on this... happened to anyone you know or you?
Is it the power supply dying?

Fan working? Dusty?

Or is there a fuse in there that's blowing because of a short circuit somewhere?

What kind of PSU is it? I'd try swapping it out with another and see if that fixes your problem.

Got a feeling something got screwed with that USB hub incident with the fans staying on - power should NOT be flowing in that direction ever...

One thing you said in your post has me wondering:
you said that the pc sometimes will turn on with the power supply switch turned off.
On every power supply I have ever dealt with (about 100 or so), that switch on the power supply directly controls whether or not ac power from the cord plugged in the wall gets to the power supply.
If you can still turn on the pc with this switch turned off, it would strongly indicate that the switch is defective.
Try another power supply if you can get one from a friend or computer shop, or try unplugging the power cord and operate the switch a few times to see if it feels funny when you turn it on and off.

Hit that toggle switch real hard with a 2.5 lb ball peen hammer.

Then, replace the broken power supply. :)

Is your pc a home brew or is it a name brand with possibly proprietery parts in it?

If you feel comfy with doing this, it might work.
Remove the power supply and disassemble it to get to the switch wiring.
Solder a piece or wire across the lugs on the back of the switch (if you can determine which ones turn the ac power on and off), and this will basically disable the switch and allow power to flow to the power supply components all of the time that the pc power cord is plugged in.
The switch should have a wire coming into it from the ac power cord, and another wire going out of it to provide ac power to the power supply components.
The trick is to connect these two wires together to bypass the switch.
The only problem you might have, is if the switch and the power cord connector are molded into one unit or assembly that would prevent you from getting into the wiring.
If you are successfull, you can still control the incoming power by using a power director or a power strip that has it's own power switch on it.

Good luck.
