And also dropping Linux and Mac support...

I guess when Carmac left, the suits took over.

This may be the first step to eliminate Quake Live from the Bethesda/Zenimax family of games.

First screw over the Mac/Linux community, then down the road issue a statement that there are not enough paying customers and advertisement revenue to support the game.

Since John Carmak left, I see a rocky road ahead for id software.

Especially after the problems with Rage and Brink.

I see sad days ahead for what once was my favorite gaming company.

I played this game for a while, but could never get the hang of it. It was always so laggy for me that I just gave up playing it.

I think I am going to be single again here soon,so I will probably get back into Q3,still my favorite game of all time, and probably always will be. I have not found a game that feels as good as Q3.

Also,I want to wish everyone here happy and joyful holidays. I have not been around here much, but still think of you guys every once in a while, and miss all of the good times and games we had.

Spyder...Hope you are doing well,I will give you a call soon,a little busy right now with work, but usually slow down towards xmas. Have not had any good parties lately,so you havent missed much on my end.

Take care everyone, and see you all soon on a server if you all are still playing.
