I just saw this deal on Direct2Drive and thought some of you may be interested. This game is a diablo clone, but it's made by some of the original diablo developers. They are making an MMO out of this game at some point, but this is a great standalone action rpg. I bought this a few months ago when it went on sale for $9.95 and it was well worth the money. Now it's on sale for $4.95 and I'm buying it again so my son had a copy. Check it out if you like action rpg's like diablo, or if you just want  a game you can load up for a time waster that doesnt require much though to play, but is still a blast!

Hey man, I meant to post that it was on Steam too. Definitely a great deal for 5 bucks.

I noticed you got Dragon Age on steam too, how's that game? I've been thinking about getting it, but not sure yet if I want it for PC or PS3.

Well, I was going to wait for your reply about Dragon Age, but I saw a deal on the EA store and picked up the digital download for $35.

BTW, the EA store has a coupon for $10 off Battlefield Bad Company 2, and if you use promo code PAXEAST842 you can get an additional $20 off! That's $20 for an awesome game! If I didnt already have the PS3 version I would have gotten it myself. Unfortunately though, unless you see this within the next hour or so, you wont be able to get the specials, they run out at midnight pacific.

Guess I should check back more often, I just bought Bad Company 2 for full price at Target :( Oh well....worth every penny so far anyway. The dialogue between the soldiers during the lulls in battle are pretty hilarious. My PC is showing it's age though ;o

Dragon Age is pretty cool. I haven't picked it up in a couple of weeks. I thought it was more open world play like Oblivion, but it's fairly linear so far. Good story and voice acting. Learning curve is a bit steep.

Came back to post that I saw Trine on sale on Steam for $5.

Hey Finko, Dragon Age is pretty damn cool imo. It's not wide open like Oblivion, but you are not confined to a completely linear story. There is an end, that's for sure, but you can take many routes to get there. I really didnt think I would like the gameplay, but once you get used to pausing and using more strategy, it gets a lot more fun to play. I can't believe how much audio dialog there is! There are literally thousands of spoken coversations. I also love the interactions between your party. I'm glad I bought this one.

As for Battlefield Bad Company 2, great game! I completed the single player campaign in like 3 sittings. I havent had much time to play the multiplayer, although I got tons of playing time in on the beta, so I know it's good.

I got this in an emailer, EA store has another deal starting today. Get $15 off any purchase over $30. Coupon code is  tyxue3i9u. I think I'm going to use it on the PC version of BFBC2.

Might buy this sucker tonite.  For 5 bucks - why not.

I bought audiosurf on steam for 10 bucks a while back, and was NOT disappointed.  Love finding cheap games that don't require a huge investment of time.  And I really like steam as a distribution system - I was always skeptical of it in the past.

I felt the same way about steam a couple of months ago, now I dig it!

I think this is a link to a Torchlight Editor called TorchED. Haven't been able to verify it yet. Work getting in the way as usual ;)

I downloaded TorchED and installed it, I just havent fired it up yet. Now that I have the Dragon Age Toolset though, TorchED is on the back burner...hehe

Check it out:
http://dragonage.bioware.com/toolset/

As soon as I beat the single player campaign, I'm digging in to this thing.
